Welcome to the Sunrise Canyon HOA Website! Universal City dropped of the new trash cans to all owners today. The Board would like to send a friendly reminder that trash cans are not allowed to be visible form the street, they should be in the garage, behind the house or behind an enclosure. If you do not have an enclosure and would like to build one, please make sure you fill out an ACC Application and receive approval before you construct one. The Association will allow a grace period until the beginning of next month for you to find a storage place. We appreciate everything you do as homeowners to continue keeping Sunrise canyon a beautiful place to live.
The HOA for Sunrise Canyon is the non-profit Corporation that governs the neighborhood Sunrise Canyon. As a reminder, the website is offered as a value added service of information. All Homeowners are Members of Sunrise Canyon Homeowners Association, Inc., a Non-Profit Texas Corporation, whose primary purpose is to maintain and administer the Common Areas, to collect Homeowner Assessments and disburse monies for the payment of the Association operating expenses with respect to the residential properties known as the Sunrise Canyon HOA. Homeowners and Tenants are subject to and legally bound by the Association's Declarations, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. These documents are available, for review, under the Governing Documents tab. For information on your HOA please explore the tabs located above.
